Returns and Refunds Policy

It is our goal to offer you the best quality products at all times. An extensive warranty coverage and in-home warranty service are being provided to ensure the product quality. For the usage and maintenance instructions, please refer to the user manual or contact us.

1. Goods sold are not refundable.

2. All exchanges must be made within 7 days (10% service charge applies) with goods returned in original unopened packaging.

3. A complimentary delivery is included for order of fan items (in town areas only).

4. In-home repair / replacement warranty: 1 year (Fan motors and Accessories); 2 year (LEDs) - purchased and installed in Hong Kong.

5. Warranty excludes faults / damage caused by incorrect installation, batteries, water / weather and / or misuse of product(s).

6. Purchase invoice is required for any warranty service.
